1. Early preview status
StratoForce AI is in early preview. Features described on the marketing site may not be fully built yet. Free access during this preview period is provided as-is, with no warranties of uptime or fitness for any particular purpose.
2. Who can use the service
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users aged 13–17 must provide a parent or guardian's email address at signup; the parent/guardian receives safety notifications and can request account deletion at any time. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email safety@stratoforce.ai and we will delete the account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass content moderation or safety systems; (b) submit content intended to harm yourself or others; (c) attempt to access another user's account, data, or AI tutor session; (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-abuse the service; (e) use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. AI tutor and content moderation
The AI tutor uses a third-party language model (Google Gemini). It is not a licensed mental-health professional, medical provider, or legal advisor. Conversations are screened for crisis indicators; if our system detects self-harm signals, the chat is paused, a canned safety response is shown, and your parent/guardian (if listed) is notified by email. We do not store raw chat content for moderation purposes — only minimal metadata required for safety.
5. Subscriptions and payments
The free tier is free with no payment required. Paid features ("Pro") are not yet available; when launched, they will be billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled case-by-case during the preview period.
6. Your content and account
Code you write in the in-app editor, lesson responses, and project submissions remain yours. We store an encrypted copy so you can resume across devices and so your AI tutor can recall context. You can request full account deletion at any time by emailing support@stratoforce.ai — your data is removed within 7 days, and crypto-erasure of memory is immediate.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, especially the acceptable-use rules in section 3. We will not terminate accounts for technical issues or for normal use of the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as-is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, StratoForce AI, LLC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. This does not limit liability for our safety obligations to minors.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file. Continued use after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
